Production time

When can you expect your order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a proof within eight working hours. We ask you to check these carefully. Production time starts as soon as this proof is approved.

Does your customer need the order by a specific date? Please let us know at the point of ordering. We always strive to provide the fastest possible shipment from our distribution centre. If the desired delivery date is not feasible, we will let you know right away.

Standard production time

Our production time is calculated based on the chosen printing technique. Production times may vary and are based on MOQ (minimum order quantity).

Example:

The standard production time for printing technique [x] is 10 working days.

• If your order quantity is less than 1500 pieces, this would be a lead time of 10 working days.
• If your order quantity is 1500 pieces, this would be a lead time of 12 working days (10 plus 2 extra days)
• If your order quantity is 3000 pieces, this would be a lead time of 14 working days (10 plus 4 extra days)

PLEASE NOTE: Production times do not include transport time from our distribution centre to the recipient.

Transport time of packages and pallet shipments

UPS Saver (packets): 1-2 working days
UPS Standard (packets): 3-4 working days
Dachser (pallets): 5-9 working day

Products without imprint and design requests will be shipped on the same day if ordered before 12 noon.

Please note: We have no influence over the transport time of our couriers. We are nog liable for shipments subject to custom clearance. Please place orders with the delivery time taken into consideration.
